I'm based in Washington & Nevada but I photograph weddings & elopements all over the PNW, the U.S., and internationally. I take on a limited number of destination bookings each year so I can give every couple the attention their day deserves. 

For destination weddings, travel coverage includes my flight, rental car or transportation, hotel stay and travel time. International locations may have an additional fee depending on the country & required travel logistics. 

For weddings outside of a 200-mile radius of Burlington, WA or Las Vegas, NV, standard mileage or travel rates apply and are calculated based on your location. 

Most couples book 9-18 months in advance, especially for summer and fall dates. Lately, I've been getting multiple inquiries for the same dates, so reaching out early gives you the best chance of securing your day. 

Weekday and off-season celebrations can offer a little more flexibility - but for destination weddings and elopements, earlier is always better. Travel weddings fill quickly and require additional planning, so if you're dreaming of a destination location, I recommend inquiring as soon as you have a date (or even a general timeframe). 

To officially secure your date, I require a non-refundable retainer of 35%, with a minimum of $2000. This applies to all wedding and elopement collections. The remaining balance will be split into 3 other payments. This structure protects your date on my calendar and ensures I can take on a limited number of couples each year. 

You’ll receive a fully edited gallery of all the best images from your day. Every photo is delivered in high-resolution and edited in the same cinematic, true-to-color style you see on my website and Instagram. Your final gallery will feel cohesive, intentional, and true to the way your day felt.
I don’t deliver RAW files — those are unfinished digital negatives and not reflective of my work or the experience you’re investing in. RAW images cannot be purchased either, as they don’t represent my editing style or the quality standard I promise my couples.

When you inquire, I’ll send a curated selection of full wedding galleries so you can see exactly what my coverage, storytelling, and editing look like from start to finish.
It’s important that you connect with my style, my approach, and the way I document real moments, so I’m always happy to share full galleries before you book.

My typical turnaround time for weddings is up to 12 weeks, since I balance photography alongside my other work. That said, I always do my best to deliver your full gallery sooner whenever my schedule allows.
You’ll also receive a sneak peek within 3 business days, so you have a set of beautiful, edited images to enjoy while the full gallery is being completed.

You’ll receive all the best images from your wedding day. The final number of photos depends on several factors — your hours of coverage, whether you have an associate or second shooter, the size of your wedding, and the flow of your day.
On average, I deliver 50–80 edited images per hour of coverage, ensuring you receive a full, storytelling gallery without unnecessary limits.
