Montana and Jake wanted to adventure out to central Washington, specifically Ellensburg for their engagement session and damn it was definitely worth the drive! Montana and I have been talking for weeks prior trying to figure out outfits and such for their session, along with the location that they had in mind. As the day was coming up quick, we were constantly checking the weather because you never know how the weather is going to be in the spring in Washington, on days leading up to their scheduled date, the weather was saying that we would be expecting rain and then it changed to lightning storms, then back to rain. On the day of, we were greeted with a beautiful and clear day (still a bit chilly from the wind), but man it was so worth it! This day was absolutely beautiful!

We rode in Jake’s old family truck up and around the mountain from where he grew up to this hidden little view point which was absolutely breathtaking! We ventured out there for a bit until the sun went down and their engagement session honestly felt like we were in a movie somewhere!

I can’t wait to capture their wedding this fall!
