Seattle may not have a stunning city skyline like New York City but who knew that eloping on top of a parking garage could be just as pretty. Lily and Joey had already been married for a year but they didn’t get the chance to do the big wedding instead they had married in a local courthouse. They finally had the opportunity to take some time for themselves and create these moody but magical photos before Joey had to leave for deployment.
