We began this journey deep in the Cascade foothills of Darrington, Washington. Surrounded by flowing rivers, mossy rocks, and towering evergreens, we leaned into the wild beauty of the Pacific Northwest. This maternity session was earthy, powerful, and deeply personal.
Mama wore a flowing terracotta gown that caught the light and echoed the warmth of autumn around us. She stood barefoot in the river, rooted and radiant. Every pose was soft and intentional, capturing the anticipation and sacred pause before baby’s arrival.
One of my favorite details? A forest-green sweater, lovingly handmade by baby’s grandma, embroidered with the name William. We photographed it nestled alongside baby shoes and overalls—a symbol of all the love waiting to wrap this little one up.
