I’m so excited to do a 2024 recap! This year was filled with so many different adventures around the world! Seattle courthouse elopements to intimate weddings in Iceland! I’m excited to show off a compilation of these weddings and sessions truly shows off the uniqueness, diversity and intimate designs and recap some of these events so far.
Intimate Wedding in Cle Elum, Washington
I had met Rachel & Wyatt in late 2023 when Rachel was a bridesmaid for one of her best friend’s wedding. When they reached out to me, I was beyond excited to work with them again and to be apart of their day. They had me not only cover their wedding day but also photograph the dinner rehearsal where they celebrated with their closest friends who was also staying at this stunning location that they found on Airbnb.
Idaho Summer Wedding
Sarah & Adam had reached out to me via a friend for their intimate wedding in Lewiston, Idaho at one of the most stunning venues, Spiral Rock Events, that overlooks the valley into Lewiston. Adam is from the Lewiston area so it was pretty important to him to have this hometown included on their wedding day while Sarah was wanting a more intimate wedding where it felt like home away from home. This venue offered exactly that. Their whole day was just full of love, laughter and fun!
Waterfalls & Lupine Engagement Session in Iceland
Where do I even begin! Iceland was such a dream! When I found out I was going to Iceland for Gabby & TJ in June during lupine season, I was beyond excited as Iceland was one of my top bucket list locations for a while. As soon as I found I was going, I decided to invite my parents with me on this trip as it was one of my dad’s dreams to drive the Ring Road plus it was a little retirement gift for him as well! It was such a cool experience to be able to capture these two in the lupine fields plus their elopement in the Icelandic caves while being able to extend this into a family trip as well.
Hot Air Balloon Elopement in Oregon
Sam & Landon definitely had an adventurous elopement of a lifetime! Who would have thought that waking up at 3 AM to drive out to a field and catch a hot air balloon ride at sunrise would have been the way they wanted to celebrate their elopement. Well that’s exactly what we did! Road a hot air balloon ride across Wilsonville, Oregon to watch the sunrise then ended up exchanging their vows in a greenhouse filled with floating flowers. How magical is this?!

Downtown Seattle Elopement
I absolutely love courthouse elopements! I love the simplistic but unique vibe of courthouse elopements because every courthouse has a different vibe. Nita & Nick flew all the way from Atlanta, Georgia to elope at the Seattle Courthouse while they still planned to do the big celebration with their families back home in Georgia later in 2025.
